Natarajasana

Shall we dance? Natarajasana is another name for Shiva symbolizing cosmic energy. This posture sure engages all the muscles in the upper and lower body. Feel your thighs and shoulders expand, while the legs, ankles, abdomen strengthen, also stretching groins, lungs and chest. Anchor the standing leg through the mat, breathe into your lungs to grow your ribcage, and reach the opposite floating arm and leg away from another with grace. Improve your concentration and balance through this pose, so that you can dance through the month.
