Yoga and Pregnancy

Yoga is a wonderful and safe way to stay fit during pregnancy, as well as a great place to meet other expecting moms. Teaching and practicing during my first pregnancy, made me feel healthy and strong, and prepared me well for my home birth.

Here are a couple of sweet Prenatal yoga sequences by FitSugar, to open your birthing hips and stretch your hamstrings, as well as some more hip and back stretches.
