WaLL Yoga workshops!

Walls surround us physically and mentally, provide safety & structure, give support, explore limitations and challenge imagination.

Why not take our practice vertically to our walls?

Whether you are a beginner or advanced in your practice, WaLL Yoga will offer ~ Alignment awareness, Expansion potential, Balance support, Strengthening stretches, Restorative relaxation and more ~ it’s up to you!

Each class will begin with guided meditation and conclude with a long relaxation/meditation time for reflexion and rest.
