So true! We have habits, good and not so good, and many that we may not even really notice. Perhaps it's our standing and sitting postures, the way we process information and respond, how we walk, run, breathe, eat & sleep... subtle movements, actions, thoughts, words, etc... that set in over months and years that in order to change, we have to become aware and then undo. Breaking the pattern, I find, can be much harder than incorporating something new. Keep persistent and be open to the process...it may take days, weeks or months to change.
