Book Recommendation ...

"Meditations from the Mat" by Rolf Gates and Katrina Kenison

I like relevant reads that I can pick up and put down and not get lost if I let days or weeks go by in between. This book is full of good stories, examples and interpretations of the eight-limb path of yoga (the limbs being; yamas, niyamas, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dyana, and samadhi). There are 365 anecdotes that are inspiring and refreshing!
