I love to eat all sorts of ingredients, even the not-so-super food. It's all in moderation! However, I'm just not a fan of mayonnaise, so after a few years of experimenting in my kitchen, I have found several substitutions. Here are just a few of my favorite and simple recipe mayo swaps:
Tuna Salad: use Hummus
Egg Salad: use Cottage Cheese
Potato Salad: use Cottage Cheese or Plain Yogurt
