This Saturday the 30th of May, Mira and I will be at the Yoga Vermont Chace Mill studio at 3 pm for an hour prior to class to welcome anyone who wants to play and chat!We'll be co-teaching the last Mama & Baby Yoga class from 4 pm to 5:30 pm. You can come to one or both; we'd love to see you!
