Pumpkin Seeds

Carving pumkins is fun to release one's creativity with precision, and it's also fun to feel the oozing insides when degutting. And the pumpkin seeds are delicious and good for us! About a cup of seeds is under 300 calories with 34 grams of carbohydrates (no sugar), 12 grams of saturated fat (good fat) and 12 grams of protein! Lastly, they are a good source of iron and contain some vitamin A and Calcium. Yum! and Happy Halloweeeeen!
