Hot Water Bottle

There are all sorts of ways to apply heat to a specific body part to relax the muscles or reduce pain, including taking a hot shower or bath to applying a microwaved heating pad. When I don't feel like taking a bath, and because we don't own a microwave, I fill-up my hot water bottle and apply it to my back to release the strain from my pregnancy. It's also great to bring into a cold bed to generate heat faster!
