Fundal Height

My pregnancy has taught me so much about my body, mind, spirit and life within. And there is still so much to learn and with great joy, I embrace every opportunity! One of the things that came onto my radar this week was fundal height. At twenty-nine weeks pregnant, I measured 33 cm! Generally, the number of weeks fetal gestation is equivalent to the centimeters of fundal height (pubic bone to the top of uterus). Funnily, I have had a few people say recently, "You look BIG for seven months," I wasn't sure how to respond so I just smiled. Honestly, I don't know how big/small I should be for the number of months/weeks I am along, but now knowing my fundal height, it's starting to make sense. We just have to figure out why I am growing so fast/large!
