Here is delicious stir-fry I made a couple nights ago from what I had left over in my fridge and freezer.Into a big frying pan/wok I added some olive oil and the following ingredients in order, sauteing each briefly with a pinch of sea salt.
- chopped onion & clove of garlic
- chopped carrots
- a couple handfuls of frozen green beans and frozen peas
- cooked brown rice
- splash of soy sauce and some freshly cracked black pepper
- topped with a handful of Goji Berries
