As a newer parent to a 20-month old, and expecting our second child in a few months, the amount of sleep all of us get is constantly changing. I was relieved to know that 'sleeping in late' is healthy and beneficial!
So the next time you take the whole night or day or both to sleep, don't feel guilty, your recharging yourself!
