Come practice yoga with compassion and dedication to victims and survivors of domestic violence and violence in general. Together we will send a message of strength, empowerment, love and peace to our community that we do not tolerate violence. And come celebrate our beloved Chace Mill studio space and honor the amazing gifts we have all receieved there, from each other and from within!
Please join yoga instructor Michele Schmidt for an "I’ll Yoga For You" class to benefit Women Helping Battered Women (WHBW). Saturday May 15, 2010 from 2 pm to 3:30 pm at Yoga Vermont, Chace Mill Studio C. This is a vinyasa style class taught for all levels. Suggested donation $20, please bring cash or a check made out to WHBW. All proceeds go to benefit WHBW!
