Happy Holidays to everyone! We are taking a short vacation to New York City, so I will have substitutes this week at the Yoga Vermont downtown Church Street studio.
December 17: George will be teaching Thursday 12:30-1:30 pm
December 18: Bethany will be teaching Friday 6-7:30 pm
