New Yoga Class!

I'm so happy to announce that I will be teaching a new class at Yoga Vermont on Saturdays at 4 pm at the Chace Mill in the upstairs studio called Postpartum (Baby & Mom). All classes will be 1.5 hours, and the first will be next week on Saturday, January 24th ~ hope to see you there!

Postpartum (Baby & Mom) yoga class is a gentle and unique vinyasa style class, beneficial to relieving and supporting the changes of new mothers and mothers-to-be, with many modifications specific to postpartum, pregnancy, and birthing. This class will include movement, breathing, relaxation and meditation, for physical and mental strength, flexibility and confidence. Yoga can help a woman rediscover the instinctual wisdom of her body's ability to grow, transform, and take care of her baby with ease in the natural and beautiful journey of motherhood. A nurturing community of mothers is created who are encouraged to connect with their babies (inside and outside the womb) as well as each other. Join at any stage of pregnancy and postpartum, with your baby if you wish (6 weeks to crawling).
