Walking a Labyrinth
... is a tool for mediation and relaxation for me. A labyrinth is a one-way maze with no dead ends, no choices to make, just a single path leading to a central space in the middle. Once in the center, one walks the same winding path back to the start. There are many variations and meanings for labyrinths that go back centuries.
I like to say a mantra during the entire journey, or ask a question and keep my mind still. The monotony of walking at my pace, finding clarity, calmness and harmony.
