Pregnancy symptoms

Each pregnancy is different for each woman, but there are many symptoms that we all share. Recently, I'm discovering that my joints are changing; they are becoming really sore. Especially my knuckles, wrists, hips and knees, usually after being still for a period of time. I've been doing some research and it's a common ailment that could be due to many things, not always completely curable but surely a little relievable. The soreness can be due to missing minerals or vitamins in the diet, edema that causes swelling and fluid accumulation, the hormone relaxin loosening everything in preparation for labor, or a combination of things. I find that keeping the body active helps, as well as soaking in a salt bath, and keeping track of my diet and ingesting prenatals vitamins to make sure that I'm getting an adequate dosage. Even with taking good care of us, some symptoms like the soreness continue. It's a small price to pay for the grand prize!
