Prenatal & Partner yoga class!

I will be offering a new class at Yoga Vermont in Burlington this Fall called Prenatal & Partner for only five consecutive Fridays from 5:40 pm to 7:10 pm starting on September 12 through October 10 at the Chace Mill in studio A.

Class Description:

Prenatal women bring a partner (life partner, family member or friend) to this gentle and modified class honoring the emotional, physical and spiritual changes that occur in pregnancy. Each session is composed of individual and partner poses for strength, flexibility, relaxation/meditation, as well as guided breathing techniques. Many tools beneficial during any stage of pregnancy, as we prepare for labor and delivery. A safe and supportive environment for partners to connect with one another and baby, sharing movement, breath and touch.
